SOLVED Logged in, says "Hello xxxx" but all options greyed out

So I just got a new computer as my old one is kaput. Installed RF2 on the new box but all I'm getting when I log in is "Hello [my name]" in the box at the bottom but everything greyed out. Any ideas? I originally bought the game, got a refund after not getting on with it, then bought it further down the line.

 

I think you have to reactivate it on your first time with a new pc. Go to purchase tab and activate.

 

Needs to be activated for that machine.

 

Cheers all. Damn this thing benefits from running on quality hardware!
