There is an update? Steam Workshop only has version 0.95 available so far. Would be very interesting to know if the version 1.3 is available somewhere.

Not there, but the Steam Workshop still has the templates for v1.2 v1.3 actually removed this Mitsubishi (Dec. 2017 ?)
As was described in Tobias's link, the 1.3v was done by a group of people. It was a conversion of touring cars from Game Stock Car Extreme. Some of the people that worked with that group then formed NGMT which are doing BTCC cars, except they are all scratch made. They are not supporting the conversion car mod any more.
