LMP3 Setup Front pickup, Rear pickup

On the last page of the LMP3 setup you find two settings under advanced chassis. Can someone explain that?
 
They are geometry positions of the suspension. You can find as "pickup points". It could be difficult to set that without more descriptions but you can raise or low the car with this setting, it could affect understeer/oversteer and aerodynamics
