Link for Information not visible

The Information Field on the Website: If you are getting the following errors when joining........

the Link is only visible if the Mouse is over it (IE 11). Else it is invisible.

 

I have to add that it is visible if i'm logged out.
If i log in, it gets invisible until i move my mouse over it.
I have set "ISI Forum Hi Contrast Fluid" as Skin.
