Is there an RPM limiter sound? As for Launch Control, isn't it just traction control, so it would use the TC sound? I'm assuming you mean the sound of the engine bouncing off the rev limiter. There isn't a separate 'RPM limiter' function, and if you mean pit limiter then I'm sure you've already found that the pit limiter toggle and LC toggle are in the .sfx file.
