Is Small Mige as good as Big Mige for direct drive driving experience?

Hi folks, i saw some small miges DD on sim-plicity (7nm,10nm, and 12nm) with interesting price .. does anyone here have a prior experience in using that small torque servo compared to mainstream 20nm+ servos? I'd like to know what are the disadvantages for that. thanks
