  • Sped AI up a bit to match Toyota
did you also sped it up so that human can drive it matched the toyota?
Rhetorical question i suppose?, as it clearly says AI ;)
You can however quite easily (and no i am not a dev, so dont blame me) bop them if you need to. Feel free to ask me on discord if you need help.

We are doing a championship on www.speedinlive.com and at Donington, Brands Hatch and Oulton Park the Toyotas have been swept away, Silverstone remains to see what happens... I understand this question even if it is rhetorical.
TBH they are quite close - not saying they are equal, as that can never be done due to different cars, only reason i pick the Toyota is because well i drive a Toyota in real life :)
But again if you put in liveries, it is really no more than a 2 min job to adjust the cars.
How much do you see the difference is?

Hi all.
Should this patch have fixed fixed the screeching breaks in BTCC cars when using the release candidate? I still have the screeching breaks in the BTCC cars after the update.
Best wishes
Bob

BTCC-Cars with me Ok!
Loud brake noise gone.
Formula Pro still quiet engine sound in the cockpit and too loud
Tires and curbs background noise!
Can't hear any change!

Test First, then ask, Brake sound on both cars has been fixed. It 'may' have been this line in the press release:
Fixed typo in sound file

Hello Jimmi,
Well at sebring jhonson school that its not a big straight toyota hace 10 more km/h end of straight even tho than infiniti have a bit of better speed entering the straight

p2p not working properly, can use it all laps. Maybe if there is no p2p they could be kinda same pace, but idk

Hi I did test it before posting the question. in fact I tested, still had the screeching with the release candidate. Then I returned to the no beta tested again and had no screeching. reapplied the release candidate. Tested for the third time and the loud screeching is still there !

However I did not actually verify any version numbers of rfactor 2 and the BTCC cars.
Can some one advise what version rfactor 2 with the release version should be I

Hi
I am back at my sim PC
Started rfactor 2 and it again went through the update process (It was about midnight NZ time when I first tried the update, well after the post so I believe the update was available then)

However I am happy to say the BTCC cars did indeed update this time. (I could tell before I even tried the break as my mirror and force feedback settings for this car had reverted to default which it did not do at midnight last night)

Thanks for the help.
All I can think is a computer glitch prevented the update from applying last night.

Best wishes
Bob
