Indy 500 noise crossing the brick yard

hi,

i report a strange noise of car when crossing the brick yard (star/finish line) on indy oval layout

with Dallara IR18 S397.

month of may is coming !
can it be fixed ?

 

I think you are hearing the intended sound of a surface change: Pavement to Brick to Pavement.

what i want to say is for me this sound is seem different from last year i drove to practice

 

Perhaps you could include a short video demonstrating the problem. I just ran some laps and it did not seem out of place at all, infact almost hard to hear once I really got up to speed.(well, not that I EVER really get up to speed)
