Mismatched, your processor is not keeping up with what the GTX580 needs. Compare to 2500K with GTX570 SOC ( about as fast as a vanilla GTX580) I ran everything on high/full @1920. I would say a i3-3240 and GTX650Ti Boost would easy outrun it. ( $350 AUD ) Big difference would be in lower framerates.
