I can´t purchase because I can´t click on any button.

Hello everybody,

I think, I m the only person that has this problem.

Once I click the launcher, I go to the purchase tab but when I try to click on "Next", is no possible. Its like I didn´t anything with the left buttom of the mouse ( this works correctly in the rest of programs).




I ve reinstall several times the beta, changing the install folder, but nothing happens. Is always the same: Impossible to click on any "next" buttom.


I try also, to do do the same with my laptop and everything go perfect,

My OS is W7 64 ultimate and the rest of programs run perfect.

Have you tried a different mouse. (Wacom) tablets and other non-traditional input devices are not supported with the commerce portal as of yet.

Also, any custom setups with your network card may need to be temporarily disabled in order to purchase.

Can you PM me your system specs and any custom configurations you might have setup on your computer?

 

Yes, I ve tried a different mouse but doesn´t work either.

I connect mi pc with cable and my network card has no any custom setup.

Try going to below link using your web browser, please to not buy just yet since without reactive working in the launcher you will not be able to activate the simulation. If you can see the below page, can you attempt to click the next buttons and see if does anything.

Yes, this link works for me. I ve tested it with iexplorer and firefox and works perfectly and when I click on next I go to next page.

 

So, Finally, What can I do for purchase the game?

 

Same problem.
Button "NEXT" inactive.

In browser: - all ok.

System: XP sp3 (language russian)
Default browser: chrome

Tried to reinstall - the situation does not change

When you place the mouse over the "Next" button does is change state. Ie does look "pressed" when you hover over it.

Yes, you was right. I ve proceed to uninstall java and reinstall, and now the launcher works.
