How update/mod cameras for default tracks?

    Hi, i been trying to modify the cameras for Palm Beach, i made a component for update those, i put version 2.0 but the the Mod Manager says that the mod must be prevous installed, how i can update/mod the cameras? i must made an component? a package? a mod? I must put all files? just the .cam files?
