The five settings you can define are start, 25% 50% 75% end.

If you want to define the same weather throughout an hour, set them all the same. If you want 30mins of one thing, 30mins of another, set start, 25% to one thing, 50% to something between the two, then 75% and end to the other. However you want to do it really. If it is a four hour race, and you want specific weather per hour, start would be one, 25% the next, 50% the next, etc.

Like Tim says you have 5 zones for weather.

In a 60 minute race that is 12 minutes, would you want a shower to be much shorter ?

As for rain start and end times.......whats a few minutes among friends :)
