In the wake of the recent GT3 release, I wanted to delete all custom skins from the original 5 cars. However, I've checked in the usual place (rFactor 2\UserData\player\Settings) and there are no custom skin folders there. According to the showroom in rF2, the skins are in rFactor 2\UserData\player\Settings, but again, they aren't.

If the folders are gone, where is rFactor2 loading those skins from?

I've done a search by vehicle and manufacture name of C: and D: but nothing.

I could delete rF2 and reinstall, but that seems quite a drastic move for simply getting rid of 10 custom skins.

Some of the cars folder names changed in updates look for similar named folders or go into tuning to check the path to folders.

Yeah, I checked there and it’s pointing to a folder that doesn’t exist. I think I’ll just reinstall everything. It’ll be quicker than finding a solution lol.
