SOLVED HOW TO: Create a mod with custom rfm?

Look in %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\~MASTEMP for the default rfm and use that as your template. Once you have it the way you like it you just specify it with MAS2 when creating your vmod.

Also if you need to add different safety car (default is the Clio):

When you build your rfmod, edit the default.rfm and change this line to SafetyCar = SLSSafetyCar01.veh and then save it as SLSSafetyCAR.rfm inside the same folder. You can tweak the other settings in the rfm such as the safety car speed and the other items. When you save it as SLSSafetyCAR.rfm then next time you go to make an rfmod, you don't have to do all this work over again. You will now have defualt.rfm and SLSSafetyCAR.rfm in the same folder.
