Could someone explain how P2P works? How can you tell which cars have it and those which don't?

I having been running the Tatuus F4-T014 the past couple weeks without it and just watched a YouTube video of someone activating it.

In the configuration I bounded a button to activate it but doesn't seem to work when I'm driving. Instead, on the HUD, "P2P" is blue when I'm on the gas, and grey when I'm not. Weird. Can someone explain that?

    Thanks,

    Stuart

I'm pretty sure that car doesn't have it. Only Indycar and BTCC cars have it, official cars anyway.

Yeh, I went back and re-watched the video. I misinterpreted what he said. Thanks.

    Hello
    this notification lights blue
I don't see any data available in telemetry to exploit this blue color.

In the btcc you can activate it only from 3rd gear and with a least three seconds (iirc) between activations. The amount of time you can use it is 15 seconds per lap. Ultimately you have to keep the button pressed all the time.

In the official BTCC regulation of 2024, the HEM("Hybrid power boost") is restricted on individual basis depending on the championchip standings and last race results.
Do you know if it is possible to set individual restrictions from the server for each logged in driver?

No, it's not possible at this time.

Thanks for your swift reply. Do you know about any such plans?
Or would it be possible to make an own plugin that would be able to restrict the ability?

There are no 'plans' to continue upgrading BTCC content due, in part, to loosing the license. As far as online restrictions, could you use a weight penalty instead?

I don't know if there's any way to change it with a plugin, I guess you could somehow figure it out. But it's not something I know about.
