How do I make the offline AI constant without mod?

Hello Racers,
i have the following problem: when i race offline without mods, the ai drivers are not contant from race to race. For example a driver called Ragnar finishes first in Monza, seventh in Hockenheim and is last in Indy. Is there a way to make the AI drivers more constant in their results without mods?

I already read about some stuff like the talent file, correct me if i am wrong, but that only works with mods if i am right.
