How change windshield / tires design ?

I'm looking for a livery and i don't know how can i change the design on the windshied ? (on the oreca 07)
If anyone can help me.

This gives you a good idea of where to start. Paint your textures, apply alpha layer, export as DXT5 dds. Unfortunately I think you have to save your textures to a mas file to load it in game. Tires, no idea
