how can I delete the old Zandvoort

I need only the last 2.58 Zandvoort version, and if I delete manually the old version, it re installs every time automatically...

ok, I have found, I have copied the 2021 folder as a backup, then I have unsuscribed, then I have replaced the 2021 folder....but I can't have auto update this way...better than nothing

edit : the solution is to unsuscribe, but before copy and save the rfcmp, then install it manually.
