hi, "little big problem" with the shadows, they suddenly appear to me as if they had a LOD, to explain myself better look at the video where you see the shadow of the bridge that appears at a certain distance and if you go back it disappears:(.
    Where can I intervene?
thank you for those who help me.

All shadows have LODs, if shadows were drawn on the entire track and not only in vicinity of your car, you could be looking at something like 5 FPS. This is true for all games more or less. In rF2 the only way to affect how far shadows are drawn is by adjusting the "shadow detail" setting in the game, which despite its name affects both shadow draw distance and the detail level. Track makers also have some control over this with certain settings in track files (unfortunately modded tracks like the one you showed may not have optimal parameters), but this needs repackaging of the whole track and probably not what you are looking for.

You should go lower, like 500 or less.
