I can not login on the online part. Reset password in case this was the issue, was not.

I can not even login to reactivate my account. Please help.

I've tried both, neither work..

 

You can race offline I assume?
Try logging in again, but remember it is your email, not your nickname, that you login with.
If that doesn't work, then try going to purchase, and reactivating, then logging in again.

 

Hi Cannot log in to reactivate either. Actually, I'm getting strange Account status message that says "Login attemp resulted in unknown server response. Login attempt was not successful.".

I can play single play though. Thanks for looking into this for me.

I am with the last update.
Already checked my firewall, and this ok.
I bought the product to three days.
You guys can help me?
The login and password are correct, and my user appears after the attempted connection.
