HELP PLEASE: rFACTOR 2 CANNOT START

Hi all, please a little help to get started enjoying this fabulous game will be appreciated. I downloaded rFactor 2 and installed it, but whenever I start it from the Single Player or Multi Player or Dev Mode, it just shows the Splash screen and then crashes without starting. Just rFactor 2 has stopped working.
I have tried endless stuffs that i have read on here and on Steam.

Tried running one screen. Tried with VR enabled and disabled. Tried different resolutions. Verified all files numerous times. Removed all peripherials. Removed my wheel setup. Removed USB hub. Installed in Primary SSD. Don't have any custom plugins, but deleted 2 that Trace said was unloaded. Deleted the entire Player folder. Reinstall 4 times now in different locations. Updated my graphics drivers. Opted in to the Beta rFactor2 build. Installed all the Visual Basic installers and Direct X 11.

Am going crazy. Don't want to delete this game. I am successfully running Dirt Rally, Dirt 4, Assetto Corsa, project Cars 1 and 2, etc on my PC without problems.

Please help me.

Did you setup the video settings from the launcher ? (3rd box down)
Although you have disabled firewall it still blocks try enabling it and make exceptions.
You need to have steam open & the steam plugin enabled.

 

Looks like a known nVidia problem from here (nvwgf2umx.dll).
Press your Windows key and R together then in the Run box that shows up, type
dxdiag then hit Enter.
1. Download latest nVidia driver (http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx) and save file.
2. Download and run DDU ( https://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=976&sid=ae87ec8fe6fc037ea2d423201b44dee5) .
Select Restart in Safe Mode (look in DDU menu for this setting) and Remove all drivers (both AMD and nVidia) .
3. On Restart in Normal Mode, install new nVidia driver
4. Go to Settings tab on rFactor 2 Launcher and select and configure your video card.

I would try running all the visual c++ redistributables included in the support folder.
