If you managed to buy the pack via a link in SteamDB, rest assured that the purchase is totally valid. You won't be able to download the cars until they are officially released, but once they are they will download and install automatically. Technically, each car you purchase as part of the pack (or by itself) is linked to a specific workshop item and the purchase gives you access to those. Now what we did not yet do is actually upload those items to the workshop. That will happen when we release today.
looking fwd to these, playing PC2 last nite endurance grid and although its a fun forgiving sim, i need rf2 rendition of these!!! cant wait!!. discount maybe for being such a brilliant nice friendly forum member?
I've tried several times to navigate to this page from my Steam rF2 page, but I can never seem to find it. Is there a link or button to click to get to this inventory/purchase screen?
If I'm understanding you correctly, head to the rF2 store page, scroll down until you see the GT3 pack of cars under the "Items available for this game" heading. Hover your mouse cursor over the cars; a blue text box will appear titled "Shop available items" and click on it. You'll end up in the rF2 purchasing page! @Travis Have you tried it by using the steam client and not over the webpage? When i try to find it over the client, i end on a page where the formula e, the gt3 and the kartsim pack are shown, no matter which filter i use. It's the same as @davehenrie has reported That's all. No GTE pack there. I really don't understand why this whole steam workshop has to be made so badly.
I reckon the reason that you won't see anything by trying to access it via steam is that as Marcel said the pack hasn't actually been uploaded to the workshop at the moment, when it is uploaded you should then see it.
It would be a lot easier for everyone if there was a link in the steam rf2 page,just under workshop button.Remember the same confusion happened when GT3 POWER PACK went out.
yep, no GTE pack for me . just GTE, FE and HK track.. I will wait patiently ,cutting myself slowly with a very blunt knife
i dont think so,nowhere in this page there is a link that drives you to buy the pack in 1 or 2 clicks.
Click "Store Page" on the right, then click "Shop All Available Items" as the mouseover and you're taken to which items you can choose to buy.
