Hi, basically I'm having an issue with my GTX 770 which started like 2 days ago, where basically when I start up rF2 (and other programs as well) the curser keeps changing to the loading icon for no reason, I look at task manager, and the "Not Responding" message keeps appearing and disappearing on rF2, and then after like 10 minutes of doing this, the program shuts down. It's not an rF2 issue as I'm having it with other programs as well, I'm posting it here to see if anyone knows what the issue is as I'm sure many rF2 players may have had the same issue?...

As you said, this isn't an rF2 issue. A more general, and populated, PC tech forum would be better.

How old is the card, is the fan on the card working, what are the temps of the card? Download gpu-z if you havent' done that already and have it running when you load up another program or preferably game. It will let you know temps, fan etc.

Yeah the fan on the card is working, and I am not saying it's the PC that shuts down, its rF2 that shuts down.

Just tried GPU-Z It doesn't indicate anything, there were no sudden leap ups before rF2 shut down... What causes this issue? And the graphics card is like 8 months old...

Why do you think it is graphic card related? You said it happens with other programs (is it just graphically heavy programs, or does it even do it in office programs?).
There are a lot of reasons for something chewing up hard drive time (thus the hour glass). Have you thought about running the free version of Malwarebytes.

I'm still wondering how you narrowed it down to the graphics card.

I tried doing the thing with the free version of Malwarebytes, but it didn't work... Any other suggestions...

Do you really think this is solvable via a game-specific forum??
How about going to next IT-service-shop or something??
