Get Stuck with this MSG Starting secure connection with commerce servers.

    when i click onn the purchase tab i get stuck on this message Starting secure connection with commerce servers. i have uninstalled and re installed multiple times restarted my computer and nothing works i would be over the moon if someone could help me get past this problem
