latest build crashing at point of wizard in , fact both last builds , last stable build to old to compete online . any thoughts ?
You're on the "None" build in steam, right? Try without a controller plugged in. Try cancelling the wizard. Try installing the Runtimes in Support\Runtimes (all 4), and latest X86 and X64 from MS. (for all those, run the file, select Repair or Install, whichever it gives you) After that I'd try renaming UserData folder, verify rF2 files in steam, and try again. That'll reset all your settings but it's an easy way to clear out a lot of potentially troublesome files.
