Friend cant see my server

    I curently have a server running on a dedicated server in Germany.

    I can see the lobby so can another people but one friend can not see it.

    Is there anything he should check please

    Can he see other servers? If he uses the steam server browser and puts your IP in, can he join through there?
    You can also try through a link like this:

    @petrolhead He can also check if he can see it on my Server List, that normally shows all available Servers, also the ones that are not in the in Game and Steam Server List.
