After watching this video I tried to match the car physics with the turbo an this is what I come up with with the 8 speed box.
it is a formula isi based mod.

Update I have painted both cars,
Added 8th Gear in your user interface to adjust 8th gear can be used with other mods by selecting it,
Updated to new Chassis Physics converted from original physics,
corrected Max fuel to 100L so if you blast a full race flat out you will be out of fuel,
I think there is a bit to much kick in lower gears but I guess that's normal with more torque,
Changed loading screens from standard ISI logos,

well, that's fun ;)
the sound is "so so"", but it's not this important...
cannot rule the 8th gear in the gearbox menu.. normal? (don't know 2013 rules)
so, your max speed is not only dependant on aero, but also by the gearbox ratio, max in Silverstone 325km/h
fuel is heavy, too much may be ... ;)
can't rule the back spring force, normal? (again 2014 rules?)

overall, nice work, just a few things to fix ;)
 
Too much downforce.
This car is at least 5 sec faster than the FISI 2012.
About the gearbox, you can't change the 8th alone, you have to change the whole set.
 
yep it's a bit to much grip I will update today... not sure why I can adjust 8 th in dev mode but in main sim I must use final drive. i will look into it so it can be adjusted anyone know any good detailed 2014 regs pages I have missed ... I will have another link in a few hours... :)
 
I am possibly wrong but I think he pulled all of his downloads a couple of months ago... if I am wrong, I apologize in advance.
 
Thanks for this, tested it quickly and realised I had to select the 8th gear UI by going into Customise->User Interface from the main menu in Single Player.

I guess this means if someone hosts this online we have to load up Single Player and select the 8th gear UI from there? With the UI selected, upon loading SP/MP the RF2 loading screen is replaced by the low res infographic of the car, not a big deal but doesn't look great.
Had a couple of random CTDs with the UI selected and loading MP, clicked Manage Mods and CTD, tried to close RF2 and CTD.

8th gear is now adjustable, but not very useful on fast tracks as it's limited to 220mph, a bit up from the previous limit of 206mph, the car is capable of way more and is not much fun bouncing off the limiter in fast sections.
Is it intended to be limited? Would be great fun if the car wasn't restricted in this way.
 
no the ui auto loads when you join server and also when you select the mod in single play it will load the ui automatically test it there is a server on .

Can I ask what track you are testing? because maybe it would be an rf1 convert you wont go that fast on isi tracks due to air pressure or some other new tech.

max speed reached in F1 2013 v8 real was 211.266 mph

UI won't auto load in SP for me.

Tested at Indy to max it out, low downforce obviously, ran it at Malaysia and you're right, with a reasonable setup is falls short of the limit. Shame that it's restricted though, it would do extremely quick laptimes on ovals, would be a great alternative until DW12 arrives which might not be for a while. Would be good fun around old spa and longford etc. though don't know if it would reach those speeds with low downforce.
 
Tried to join MP server, first attempt the infographic loading screen comes up and takes me back to server browser, second attempt then joins with the UI loaded correctly.
Joining another server after, first attempt fails but switches back to default UI, second attempt joins server as usual.

Guess it's just a peculiarity of how UI auto-switching works just now.

No more CTDs though :)
