No, there's only a single setting in controls. There shouldn't really be a need to adjust it per-car, ideally you want it on 0 and you should only raise it when your wheel requires it (either because of a rough feeling, or because it makes too much noise).
General ffb smoothing option as it is now is good. It is not needed to set it up for each new car. Same value should work for most vehicles but then again it would be useful for some like Radical SR3
The problem is that with FFB smoothing and the various other user adjustable parameters, the user has no way of knowing which are per car settings and which are global. I hope this is fixed with the new UI
