Not sure if I know what you mean, but this shaking while driving is most likely a track problem.
Test another track and look if it´s better there. Some tracks are "rumbly" due to bad modding.
Please use a better resolution for your next vid. Hard to see anything here.
For the future: if you have problems with certain mods, please contact the modder who made this crap.

Thank for the replay peterchen, i have reuploaded a new video with better resolution, and regards the tracks also trying other tracks it does the same, still looking good the problem of vibrations is in the rear wing of the car:

That's or should be the Heat haze effect.

Mytical Gijs i have solved the problem, i have disabled in the player.json these are the lines to change:

    "Heat FX Fade Speed":30,
"Heat FX Fade Speed#":"Speed at which exhaust heat effects reduce by half (0 to completely disable)",

and then i have edited disabled:

    "Heat FX Fade Speed":0,
"Heat FX Fade Speed#":"Speed at which exhaust heat effects reduce by half (0 to completely disable)",
Thank you very much friend ;):D:D

LOL! Yes, now I see what you mean. It´s indeed the heat haze effect as Gijs said.
Open rfactor folder (steamLibrary/steamapps/common) rfactor 2/UserData/Player
    In there is a player.JSON
    Open with notepad.
Scroll down. Under "Graphic Options":{ there is an entry "Heat FX Fade Speed":30,
Set this to 0 save. done.

Edit: so you where faster! lol
