My fences are casting a solid shadow. They are set using scr alpha and inv scr alpha. Tried usinf caster in exporter but doesnt seem to make any difference. This is both in the viewr and develpoer mode. Any tips?
This is probably because you're using solid shadows instead texture shadows. To cast the shadows using your fence alpha channel you need to check Caster and Textured to get this line: ShadowCaster=(Static, Texture) Furthermore I suggest you to avoid using a pure alpha transparency. You can use a chroma color which works perfect and have far less impact on performances.
Of course. You don't need any special feature to use chroma....just a clean alpha channel. Actually both ISI Trees and fences are using chroma, as Luc said in another thread.
