Bathurst with the stock cars is crazy! Lime Rock and Atlanta are also great fun. What non-oval tracks are you guys having fun with?
Hello p No one mentions Sears or Watkins.....seriously. I would expect Stockies will get much love from passionate left handers ...... more 3PA content with same continuity in style ! Yeah ! What we need is a few unnamed very talented p GTL/GTR>rF>AC track convertors/ modders to break ranks................. .................or buy them all a rF2 gift voucher and a i5 / GTX970 minimum. lol 3PA on resume would not hurt. p
Judging by the online activity levels, there is not a very large contingent from the USA playing rF2. Stockcars have a goodly number playing today, but the numbers were highest before most West Coast people even got out of bed and have dropped throughout our daytime.
Offline, online, first thing any series mod needs is the circuits to go with it. Those 2 are stock car "non-oval" prerequisites.
I don't think either are available yet, but yes, Watkins Glen would be the best lol. The sears that is available now isn't the best conversion and isn't the NASCAR track. Come one VLM, pull your fingers out with your Watkins Glen please ~
You see some fantastic work in AC especially the 1988 work by D and Co. I have talked to a few about it and honestly I think they make excuses or are stuck with last generation PC. What gets me is how do they run AC any better ? imho with same amount of cars rF2 is smoother ? They say because AC looks better " at lower detail levels" .........what does that have to do with making a track ? Can't you turn it up to look at it at low fps while building ....... or send it to a mate has a GTX980 for beta testing. ?
Any of them - LRP Uphill chicane and Tiger Moth R2 (the fast one with no chicanes). Tiger Moth in particular is awesome, except when the AI is exploding in T1.
