Trying to install all the new goodies in the remote content page, and almost all throws up a "Failed Verification" message. A Google has shown this has been occurring for a lot of people since at least New Years Eve.

Any idea how to fix it? Or get around it?

It would really help if you say which version of rF2 you have.

I downloaded all remote content this morning Non-Steam no issues.

Also no problem here. I would suggest to try again or download it manually from rFactor.net

Maybe you`re subscribed to objects, wich are not longer available through the workshop. I searched through all objects and can`t find one of them...

I'm not 100% sure, but i would suspect that some rfcmp Files have no valid Downloadlink attached for the GetMod/Content Download Features.

    subscribed?
no subscription, just click on remote content and then you get a list of mods/tracks.

    This is my guess also

Nah...it was my fault. Your screenshot clearly shows the Launcher Remote Content Folder... ;)

Why it's always like this? I mean this problem has been here at least since summer or more. Always something that doesn't load.

It`s outdated stuff, where newer releases are available, except the flat6?

Yep, outdated stuff and missing getmod links. Just checked the flat6 mod, there isn`t a valid getmod url included...Anyway, it`s not a rF2 fault... ;)

Files sometimes get corrupted when downloaded and of course rFactor2 don`t verify corrupted files.

Here is how I fixed my problem with corrupted files.

    1. Uninstall and Delete components (failed) listed from you packages folder.
    2. If you have problem with vmods also go toUserData>player folder> Delete xxxx.chh files with component name you like to verify.
    3. Go to UserData> delete CmpReport.txt. file.
If you verify now all should bee ok.

It is important to remember that components which failed verification are corrupted. Don`t try to install same downloaded files twice.

    :)
