FOM are getting quite agressive in protecting thier trademarks.
Going forward Moders will have to be very careful not to use any of the trademarked items owned by FOM.
It will also be unwise to call them a name that infers that they are F1 cars.
I amnot a lawyer but it is my view that taking the approach of
1) Calling it "High Performance Open wheeler Racing" or "Formula Extreme" etc and
2) avoiding terms listed below will do 2 things.
Make it very unlikely that search engines looking for the terms listed below will find them
and
Mean that the only ones with a legitimate concern would be individual teams that own the rights to the liveries.
