Error loading mesh file for Caterham Academy car

Hi,
I seem to be getting this error come up when loading a session with the Caterham Academy car recently, is this a know issue and does anyone know how I could resolve it?

Nope, just the standard install

 

@antgrayuk Do you maybe have another Caterham Mod installed, aside of the official one?
And do you have another Subfolder than 1.09 in the Folder
..\rFactor 2\Installed\Vehicles\Caterham_Academy_2021
?
And do you have only the mas Files
car.mas
car-encrypted.mas
in the Folder ..\rFactor 2\Installed\Vehicles\Caterham_Academy_2021\1.09?

 

Yes I do only have those files in that folder, and an .mft file?

 

It seems to have occurred after I signed up for the current Rookie Cup. Prior to that, all was working fine.
I don't know how to remove the sign up.

 

Go to your workshop subscriptions and unsub of that competition.

 

Yes, there must be a mft File and it must not be empty!
But at First, try out what @lagg did say, maybe that solves the Problem already.

 

The problem is with the Caterham car. Skins in the mas file format do not work with the latest update. My skins do not work, if you go to the showroom a gMotor error pops up and when in the showroom the car is extremely shiny, looks like chrome paint is enabled. A gMotor error also pops up when you go to the track. I have tried various combos of file with and without region file and json files and the same error pops up. I don't normally have any problems with skins, I can usually sort out any problem with my own skins and any downloaded skin.
