Hi -- has anyone had experiences with rF2 and long endurance races ... greater than two or three hours. Was wondering how the sim stodd up to the test and whether there were any issues.
Lost my wheel calibration once. Was able to fix it by reconnecting USB-cable. Maybe Reset FFB would have worked too.
DQ will happen very quickly for no headlights in dark. Havent' seen a line for that in the multiplayer ini.
We did a 3hr @ Sebring. The day to evening to night was really cool IMO. Enjoyed it alot. Also did 90 minute races at Portugal and Sepang with no issues. Night @ Sepang was cool, the evening had some funny colours from what I remember but I could be wrong as that was some time ago.
The one where I lost the wheel calibration was 3 hours. If I remember correctly problem occured during the last pre-planned pit stop. Note that there's only limited amount of planned pitstops available at garage screen. When those are done at race there will be no more automatic pit-in requests so drivers must set button for it and remember to press it before they run out of fuel!
