In Jan 2020, I purchased an "Endurance Pack" that includes C7, 911 RSR, BMW M8 GTE, Norma M30, and Oreca 07. I thought it was supposed to include Aston Martin GTE but it never did. My "Endurance Pack" has been updated frequently. In the most recent update of the Endurance Pack, it appears that you have included the Ferrari 488 and the Aston Martin GTE as if they were contained in "Endurance Pack" I purchased. The cars included in the "Endurance Pack" I purchased have been update to the COM version so that part of the upgrade is working. I have not purchased the Ferrari 488 and the Aston Martin GTE addons so every time I start rF2 the "Endurance Pack" update for the Ferrari 488 and the Aston Martin GTE starts then fails.
