I am trying to edit the AIW file for the Studio397 version of LeMans, but the layout MAS files are not in the track's folder (screen shot of folder and error when attempting to open the MAS file attached). Originally, I thought it was because it was an "official" circuit, and therefore the files would be inaccessible. However, I am able to open up the folders for Nurburgring and Sebring and edit each AIW file without any problem. Is there something different about the way the LeMans track installs on my hard drive?
I think if you open the mas file first and then go file->open you’ll get that error message, because the 2.05 folder has a trailing space in it’s name and windows doesn’t like that...discovered that when I was trying to manually delete it. Changing file associations so that double clicking it will open it automatically in mas tool should fix that.
