easy to adjust in car mirrors in VR

Hi, my big problem and my big time loss ist to adjust mirrors in VR. Brcause in VR you have the feeling of sitting in a real car, the problem are the mirrors. I cannot adjust them, even not in the new Porsche Addon. In a race it is a big problem if I cannot see the cars behind me or overtaking me.
In my eyes this is the biggest thing to f be fixed.
 
In Assetto Corsa, there is an third party tooll that allows me to easily adjust mirrors in every type of car.
 
A suggestion might be to use a Xbox game controller and map the mirror buttons to the exposed buttons and rocker switches so you would have something tactile to feel, something you could reach for without having to futz around with your VR goggles.
 
Yes, I spent hours to adjust the mirrors with ctrl Alt plus set keys but without useable results - I cannot see other cars in the mirrors at the doors. This is very important for realistic driving.
 
I´ve been using just the g25 shifter, without the shifter itself, and standalone. Just to have a button box and a joystick, to move the mirrors and cockpit position, i only play in VR.

Button box are very expensive, and none have a joystick, so i just thought in the g25´s shifter, the layout is easy to use without looking into it (VR).

Also, you can use a Numeric KeyPad, as an button box, but difficult to use in VR.
