    Are there any tutorials for where to apply DRS zone for a track?? I have no idea what file to edit or look at.

    *I do know In ModDev, to get lap distance you press CTRL+H

    *I Do know these are the parameters for drs.....I just dont know what file they go into. None of the topics I looked up, say anything.
    RearFlapWetThreshold=0.5
    RearFlapZone
    {
    MinimumCrossings=3
    TimeThreshold=1.0
    DetectionLapDist=4742
    ActivationLapDist=0
    DeactivationLapDist=640
    }

    ok. So for example, Portugal (ISI).

    I go to it in installed/locations/portugal/1.43/

    Everything in their is a MAS file...and when i try to open it any of them with Wordpad, as GDB files are suppose to be open with, all I get is gibberish (code) on the screen.

    simply lost....lol.

    GOT it. Now I just gotta repackage correctly

    For future help, the gdp file is within a MAS file inside track folder. Just use the Mas utility to play around see which file gdp is in.then extract it...I was searching for GDP in the "type" column as soon as you open a track folder. Thats why I was lost initially.

    You can't edit an existing track in that way. I was assuming you had a track in devmode, where you can edit the individual files and then repackage it for use in single/multiplayer.

    Depending on the track it may be possible to pull out all the files, edit the GDB, then repackage it for use. I can't help you with that, sorry.

    You have to extract the files from the MAS files first using the MAS2.exe in Support\Tools.

    To calculate distances can use my tool SplineStrackMaker/Xobjects. The tool creates a plane and can move it along the track. So can set the DRS mark visually.
