Team ByKolles ENSO CLM P1/01 first renders!

    Hello everyone!

Here is first renders of our upcoming ByKolles LMP1 car! At this moment we're working on minor exterior things and interior detailing, some of the parts is already completed. Physics package is close to first testings state, so we're working hard to bring this car as good as possible in near future!

Also just a little reminder for you: our patrons see our early previews first and have opportunity to test early builds. Join us to participate in developing of complete LMP1 class cars!

Stay safe and have a nice day!

How likely is it to catch fire or have the wing suddenly fall off?

Back when The Dyson Team ran Lolas in P1 at Sebring, they got a new engine from AER, It was a twin Turbo V8. The engine arrived late and both Dyson cars got very little break-in time. The first TV broadcast was probably Qualifying and there were two gigantic clouds of white smoke as the Dyson engineers tried to get both cars running. For our old SCC mod in GTR2, I added a-lot of white smoke for those cars, I don't think anyone complained, but it was pretty obnoxious. You mod what is out there in real life. I would love someday to see that Nissan LMP car fully kitted out with hybrid power, regenerative braking etc etc. or... for that matter, a Deltawing as originally conceived. Looking forward to ALL these cars.

They do seem to be very subtly off in the way they look. In the ByKolles the part that stands out the most is the roof of the car, which seems a bit more angular than on the real car. You can see the difference in that side shot, where the sponsor logo above the side window is facing to the sky because the curve drops more sharply only after that. In this shot from their website you can see it's much more readable from head height.

Other than that, though, it's hard to put my finger on why they seem a little strange.

Their site posted more pictures of the By Kolles. Looks about ready. The background of the Acura, I think, is playing off the pink livery.
MSR has won the Indy 500 this year, Hoping they get their act together in Imsa. Two years of that and then the factory team for the LMdh??(or LM something or other, between WEC's new cars and Imsas, there are far too many initials out there for me to keep them all straight)
