I maybe wrong but I seem to recall an ISI member saying something along the lines that it does'nt and/or not needed.....but for the love of me I cant find it via Search anywhere.

I tried it out myself and the AI never actually "Finish" themselves like they did in rF1, you have to manually type in Finish and they stop. Having done this myself the ini is created in the Vehicles folder but I'm not seeing any noticebale difference in lap times from the AI in game.
From rF1 I believe this was used to just iron out the bad parts of AIW so they got more consistent (lamens terms) and I used it to good effect on a lot of tracks.

So with that in mind I'm just wondering whether its used or not, if not needed then I'll ditch it forever but if it does help then maybe I missed something with my quick test a moment a go, anyone else tried it and got results?

Not had a chance to test it yet. looks like you have to run 1 AI only
