Perhaps, but I thought it looked quite good, on the old F1 car and the touring car it looked very rigid as you expect, but on the modern open wheeler I thought it looked great. Modern racing tyres really do flex a lot!

Here is a good video of Porsche 911 car tyre flex, as you can see, it's probably more dramatic than in rFactor 2:

But in all honesty I am not super tyre expert and I may be wrong, but currently I am just very happy to see tyre flex at all! Hopefully anything that does need adjusting can be fixed over time.

    Peace! :)

Yikes, the glue used to keep the tyre on must be super strong. It looks like it should be popping off the rim!

Oh yeah, awesome. I don't follow the V8SC series, touring car racing in Australia hasn't been the same since the ATCC era finished. But the V8SC coverage has some great camera angles, like that wheel cam! Sometimes they also use a camera showing the drivers feet which is interesting to see how they work the pedals. :)

ingenious idea, until monday morning, we will provide them enougth bugreports, thus they can start working (bugfixing) immediatly. Must not wait until first reports will arrive at ISI headquater. This would increase the working efficeincy alot. ;-)

Glad you all liked the videos! I really can't wait until people start uploading their own videos of the beta to youtube, going to see some fantastic stuff no doubt.

I am really excited to try out the damage model and AI, even though nobody has really been talking about those two features, they mean a lot to me! :)

It's a pitty, that ISI headquater is not located in australia, or even better Fidshi Islands.
