This is weird and at first I put it down to 'computing while impaired' but now it has happened for a third time so what the hell??? I open up rfactor 2 and random components are uninstalled. First it was the skippy that disappeared, then the vette was gone. Now I just opened it up and all save one of the F1RFT tracks were gone (spain) and so were the vehicles. call me stumped...
Are they actually uninstalled or just not visible anymore? could be one of the filters ticked off. They also gone in-game?
Yeah, gone in game and in the mod manager, removed from the installed directory but still in the packages folder. Very strange.
Are you running both stable build and the new unstable build? If you are maybe you have got the directories confused in the Mod Manager.
No only have the one install. Has not happened again...at the same time (passed two days) i've been getting the following message when trying to join some online games; 'mod did not install properly try a manual install' I had never gotten this message before and wonder if the two are not somehow related.
