I wonder if this is bug in beta, or unfinished feature, or I am doing something wrong... but:

Note: This is about graphical difference, I am not sure about physics how they go.
Different width in front track and rear track seems not to work. If I want to change track either front or rear, it has to be the same value in front and rear. In rF1 this works correctly, I can have different widths.

I have had different values on front and rear with no problem, at least I haven't noticed it.

What kind of problem do you have, do they switch back to 3D model values or forced to one of the hdv values?

Yup, I can confirm. RearWheelTrack doesn't work. Value for rear track is taken from front track parameter, so we have both tracks the same.

Left/Right wheelbase seem to work fine.

Works properly if you do like this:

FrontWheelTrackRange=(1.6993,0,1) //1.750// if non-zero, forces the front wheels to be specified track width
RearWheelTrackRange=( 1.6718,0,1) //1.700// if non-zero, forces the rear wheels to be specified track width

It doesn't work for both old and new scheme (I already checked that).
Set front track to 0.5m and rear to 2.5m and see for yourself.

OK, I must have been blind...

I must apologize. The older naming scheme have the issue, yes, but the new one is OK. I'm sorry.
So yes, FrontWheelTrackRange and RearWheelTrackRange are OK.
