windows 10 ver 1110 with patch When i try to open Devmode it gives me an error, it was working yesterday "Error creating standard default shader" and crashes. The game works fine. I have deleted cbash/shaders with no change. Does anybody have any ideas?
I can't run devmode either (not that I want to; I just accidentally click the wrong button and go into devmode instead of Mas2). In most cases, it will bring up the splash screen and I can't get out of it without rebooting. I can Alt Tab to get a display of all available screens, but no matter which one I choose, I stay on the splashy.
Ctrl+Alt+Del then select Task Manager In the Processes tab select whatever is associated to rF2 and click End Task
Adsta, what's interesting is that when I open the task manager and kill the RF2 task, it stays open on the screen. Task manager says it's closed but it's still there and can't be gotten rid of. When I rerun the task manager, it doesn't show RF2 as a running process and there's nothing related to it (e.g. Steam). The only way out is to start the task manager and reboot from that screen; otherwise I can't do anything to get rid of the RF2 screen.
