Dev Mod problem

An attempt was made to activate the Developer Mode from the launcher, I will not start at all.
Single mode and multiplayer mode will start, what would I do not know the cause?

 

Known issue in XP, the next build will fix the problem i think.

So no modding in XP and I dont seem to be able to run any maps with rTrainer under win7 either.
