SOLVED Delta time no longer works

My delta bar no longer shows proper time. As soon as I cross the finish line it resets to -9.999 and just stays there.
I think it went crazy after I installed CrewChief, but I'm not positive.
Any ideas?

 

Well, it has fixed itself. Not sure what I did, possibly set a better time and it's back to normal

 

Mine is a tad unreliable
No idea what knocks it out of action

-I do not have crew chief or any mod plugins

 

This has been covered elsewhere and is a known issue and it will give you -9.999 until you clock a faster time then it will work OK.

Now it's middle of 2020 and still not fixed? I'm very sad about that.
