has anybody an idea for this problem?? The dedicated sever runs fine, i can logged on and play, but the dedi shows no player on serverlist. There are 3 human player logged on, i find our server, it shows no player.
There is something going on with names for sure. often people don't show whilst they are there, others leave but names remain for multiple sessions, etc. Not sure why/how so can't help much but I think it is (partly) connected to name-handling. changed usernames in rfactor2 might be a cause of this. Haven't seen it on the dedi though, so far it shows everything normally on the box at least. Did you perhaps change the username of the server in its files? its a wild guess but might be worth checking.
We have 15 players and we see none of those. So the names is not the problem, i think. What does that mean, Tim - what can we do? Our mistake or rF2 Build 240??
