The celica is a DRIFT MONSTER ..driving the car at okayama is a match made in heaven ..best drifting car in RF2 ..or even if you don't want to "drift" it just turns amazing ..well done ...and the sounds again are superb ...lots of cool liveries ...only one question.. I have to turn up the FFB up to 1.70 on my TS-PC and then it feels pretty good ...strangely total opposite of the original Bluebird, where on that I had to turn it way down to .30 back then , which was fixed/improved on in later updates. just wondering why default is so "loose" or no feeling?? just a small nit pick as it can be negated by turning way up ...thanks again Dazzer ...love these cars
+1 My dfp is ok now Thanks! P.s. What is "gear settings" string in setup? I tried to set auto, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 but nothing happened
Loving the 510 but whenever I go into tuning I get the "Error loading mesh file 510_LMIRROR.GMT to memory" gMotor 2 Error prompt. I used to be able to, and I have unsubbed/resubbed and downloaded the car again and verified in steam, still the same problem. Inside DATSUN_510_MAPS.mas I can't find a gmt file matching the name, just a 510_lmirror_in.gmt, is this where the proper gmt file should be? the car loads fine into the track but I can't go into the tuning at all. Also the headlights are odd, it seems like the point of the light source is behind the texture so it doesn't shine through the headlights most of the time. Sometimes it flickers and shines through properly for a fraction of a second.
the problem was already solved, I just haven't updated the mod in steam since I have to finish other little things
Another little problem I've noticed is, I don't see shift lights in the 510 sedan like you get in the sss. Not that it's a problem I just thought you would want to know
Getting some PRC members saying that with all these cars the FFB is very light when driving normal but going off track or over the kerbs nearly destroys their wheels. Is this a known problem?
Just curious, but why above every teaser image in the red dot does it say "Toyotawa" (トヨタワ)? What's with the wa? Or is it a ku (ク)? There is a "Toyotaku Used Cars" dealer in Japan and Indonesia...
