crashes when try to start game if steamvr is already running

as title says, the game crashes when i press start SP from the launcher if steam vr is already running,, this is after todays updates

without steam vr running beforehand there is no ffb

 

mine after a hard reboot after trying vr now just throws a error no matter what with some Json file :/ now no VR and no nada lol...

 

Click ok and the game run ok,that happened to me too

Did you try to delete player.json?

 

delete the player.son file in rfactor2/userdata/player

The game generates a new one.

 

If you get - Config Error [JSON] failed to perform operation, unsupported type:

1. Delete Multiplayer.JSON, Player.JSON, and Controller.JSON. (restore from a backup if you have it) All located in ....rFactor2\UserData\Player
2. Before opening single player again, switch to windowed mode 1920x1080 in the Launcher 'Video Settings'
